- Export your attendee list. From Eventbrite, Google Forms, Typeform, or your own spreadsheet, export the ticket IDs or check-in URLs as a single column.
- Paste into BatchQRCode. Open batchqrcode.com and paste your ticket IDs or URLs into the text box. One row equals one attendee QR code.
- Generate and download. Click Generate. Every QR code is created in your browser. A ZIP file downloads with one image per row.
- Print or email. Add QR images to ticket PDFs, badges, or email confirmations. At the door, scan each code to verify.
What to encode on event QR codes
Ticket ID or order number
Encode the unique ticket ID from your registration platform. Scan at the door and cross-reference your list. Works offline.
TICKET-EVT-00812
Check-in URL per attendee
Encode a unique URL per attendee, like
yourdomain.com/checkin?id=812. Scanning opens the attendee record directly.
Name and seat assignment
For small events, encode the full assignment directly, like
Smith, J - Table 4 - Seat B. Scanning shows the assignment without a database
lookup.
Conference session links
Encode slide decks, session feedback forms, or resource URLs for each talk. Print on the program or post at the room entrance.
Do event tickets need dynamic QR codes?
Usually not. The ticket ID or check-in URL is fixed once the ticket is issued. It does not change after the event starts. Static QR codes are free to generate in bulk, work offline at the door without an internet connection, and never expire.
If you need scan analytics — how many people scanned, when, from where — you want a dynamic QR platform like QR TIGER or Uniqode. For basic event check-in without scan reporting, BatchQRCode is faster and free.
